RENTAL RATES


  • Weekday Hourly rate: $130/ hour (Monday - Thursday)

  • Weekend Hourly rate: $150/ hour (Friday - Sunday, Including PH)

  • 20% surcharge/hour for booking that starts/end between 9pm - 9am

  • Minimum 4 hours booking

  • Includes complimentary use of studio features apart from Add-Ons

  • All prices are excluding of mandatory cleaning fee ($50) and security deposit ($300) - which is refundable upon good condition handover of studio)

    • Prices are nett - no hidden tax or fees


Terms & Conditions

BY BOOKING OUR STUDIO, YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH STUDIO RECREATE TERMS & CONDITIONS AS STATED BELOW:

Booking

  • The booking is only confirmed when 100% payment has been made along with a cleaning charge ($50/day) and a security deposit ($300/session).

    • The security deposit is refundable upon good care of the space

    • All deposits and refunds will be processed and returned on the 5th of every month. If the 5th falls on a weekend or PH, the returns will be processed on the next working day.

  • A 20% surcharge per hour will be implemented for booking that start/end between the time of 9 pm - 9 am.

  • Additional hours beyond booked time and/or other charges will be deducted from the security deposit thereafter.

  • The allocated booking session is inclusive of set-up, test shoot, makeup and post-shoot clean-up. The hirer is to hand over the studio punctually in the original condition, at the end of the session.

  • Extension and/or postponement of booking session(s) is subject to availability. Additional charges apply.

  • In the event of an overrun of time, the rate will be charged by the hour that the studio is handed over.

  • Management reserves the right to cancel bookings without any prior notice.

Terms of Payment

  • All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

  • 100% of payment must be made within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • We accept payment via Bank Transfer or PayNow only.

  • We are not liable for any bank charges for fund transfers. The Hirer shall bear the full cost of such charges.

Cancellation or Postponement

  • Once the booking is confirmed, amendments to shorten booking session(s) are subjected to Management approval. Additional charges apply.

  • If the notice to shorten the duration of the booking is given within 24 hours of confirmation, there will be a refund of the extra hours.

  • If the notice to shorten the duration of the booking is given after 24 hours of confirmation, there will be no refund of the extra hours.

  • Should there be any postponement of the date of booking after the invoice is sent (subject to approval and availability), an admin fee of $100 will be implemented.

  • Postponement of the date and time of the booking depends on the availability of the studio.

  • Only the security deposit ($300) and cleaning fee ($50) will be refunded if the notice of cancellation is given beyond 24 hours of the confirmation.

  • 50% of the hourly fee, along with the security deposit ($300) and cleaning fee ($50) will be refunded if the notice of cancellation is given within 24 hours of confirmation.

Use of Equipment

  • You acknowledge receiving the studio/equipment from us in a good, clean and perfectly working condition unless specified in the equipment/studio details. We will not guarantee, assume responsibility or make any claims of the performance of the equipment once it is passed on to the hirer.

  • Footwear is not allowed within the studio premises in order to maintain a clean space for others. If it is required due to safety reasons, footwear must be covered in wraps upon entering the premises. If the subject of the shoot requires footwear to be worn, the said footwear must be clean and wiped down before usage, and removed upon completing the shot.

  • The studio/equipment should be used with care and respect. The hirer should not in any way modify or materially alter the equipment/studio.

  • At the end of the booking session, the studio/equipment should be returned to us in the same condition you received it. All garbage disposed of by the hirer and all equipment returned to their respective areas of the studio. Should there be damages or additional clean-up involved for the equipment/studio, the hirer shall be held responsible and the corresponding maintenance fees will be charged accordingly.

  • Should the hirer decide to use an external caterer/vendor, details of the caterer/vendor have to be submitted to the Management for their reference.

  • Studio Recreate is not liable for any loss, damage of personal belongings or any personal injuries of the hirer or their guests during the use of the studio/ equipment.

Extra Charges

  • This list is non-exhaustive. Extra charges may arise at the reasonable cost for restoration, replacement or compensation depending on the extent of the non-compliance.

  • Additional cleaning fees ($80) - If the place (Recreate) is found dirty with glasses not washed, remnant trash or leaky trash bags, decoration not removed, food or water spills etc.

  • Use of strong mounting tapes or other types of adhesive leaving visible damage to walls ($80).

  • Lost and/or damaged equipment, furniture, amenities or related within the compound (value of equipment + replacement of equipment + $20).

  • Shifted furniture ($50) - If the furniture is not shifted back to its original position.

  • In the situation where the studio requires additional manpower or equipment for cleaning/repair, the full cost will be borne by the hirer.
