Did you know that food styling played a big role in the asset creation of Gourmet Food Holding’s latest venture? Yes, that’s right, we all know that Ice Cream usually melts within seconds and the team at Bryan Foong’s photography manage to achieve the making and concept of Vanda’s Ice Cream.
Vanda Botanical Desserts comprises Asian-inspired flavours including Chrysanthemum Goji Berries, Black Sesame, and Oolong.

Bryan Foong who is also one of Singapore’s Top lifestyle photographers, led the team on the project.

Colorful, Tropical, and Vibrant!!!
The treatment of the photos sets a positive tone and aims to attract passers-by while they walk past the dessert outlets.
Melanie Leong, the resident food stylist at Kitchen Studio, Recreate, took an approach to construct Ice cream that never melts. And, with the illusion of replicating a seemingly 1-to-1 resemblance with the actual ice cream sold in stores, she created up to 4 different types of ice cream.
